Time to nail down the grand ideas after sorting out the feasibility study. Time to explore design options. Use the solar aspect of the site. Maximise the shape of the site. Usually we work with 3 options. AVAILABLE FOR ALL OPTIONS Design Development
Choose that one option and we'll develop through it. We'll prepare for DA or Town Planning submission (if required). Start to think about all the little bits and pieces for the next stage. AVAILABLE FOR ALL OPTIONS Town Planning Submission
If required, it is an extension to the Design Development. We'll liaise to the Council on your behalf. AVAILABLE AS REQUIRED Construction Documentation
This is where we work with ALL consultants to make sure your project will be build. We choose the taps, sinks and finishes together. We confirm with the important bodies to obtain relevant statutory approvals for your project. AVAILABLE FOR OPTIONS 3 & 4 Building Permit Submission
The final hurdle before we set to go for construction! Building Permit is issued by a Registered Building Surveyor before starting any work on site. AVAILABLE FOR OPTIONS 3 & 4 Contract Administration
When you need an architect to administer the construction work. While we don't supervise as such, we allow for a site visit to track the progress of your project. AVAILABLE FOR OPTION 4 3D Imagery
